Payment & Cancellation

Payment must be made via bank transfer to our bank account or Western Union if you prefer (lower cost for banking fee). The bank account detail will be provided in the attached invoice once you confirmed, agreed booking terms & conditions and ready to pay. All tour cost is quoted in US dollar per person and customers (You) will bear all banking fees (included intermediary banking fee).

Deposit

To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% (except flight/train/ferry/boat/bus tickets) of the total amount is required and an invoice will be issued and sent to you when you’re ready to confirm to book the tour service with us. The final payment should be made in advance 15 days (21-30 days for larger groups) prior to your arrival. If a booking is made between 30-21 days, the full payment is applied and will invoice you immediately. We reserve the right to cancel all bookings in the event of the final payment not reaching our account by the due date. All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($) and based on transport fuel rate of 4000 – 4100 Riel per litre. Payment shall be made in full without any deduction and you “customers” will bear all banking fees.

Note: Internal/domestic flights, train/ferry/boat/bus tickets are required full payment which will be billed in the invoice at the time we bill 30% deposit.

Cancellation

We don’t actually apply any cancellation fees (except banking fees) if the cancellation in written notification is received by Voyage Cambodia or their authorized travel agent before the tour deadline. Otherwise, we will retain the charges of total amount per person if the cancellation is made as below;

• Cancellation is made 30 days before arrival: FREE of Charge 0%
• Cancellation is made between 21 – 14 days before arrival: 30% Charged
• Cancellation is made between 13 – 7 days before arrival: 50% Charged
• Cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival: 100% Charged

Refund

The refunds will not be made for any unused or cancelled services for any reason after the tour has begun. A refund will be reasonably made to you “customers” for all services that are not delivered if a result of disaster, political issue, civil war, any acts or orders of government authorities and unsafe situation. All cancellation charged fee above is not inclusive of credit card surcharge fee on transaction (if any) and refunds will be considered discretely under Voyage Cambodia if you are forced to leave to trip.

Important note to internal/domestic flights, train/ferry/boat/bus tickets (e-tickets) that have completely issued, a refund can be made subjecting to airline/company’s terms & refund conditions and Voyage Cambodia has no right to control airline/company’s terms & conditions and its policy.
