Day 1 | Siem Reap – Arrival
Meal: None
Upon your arrival at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly driver then transfers directly to a booked hotel for check in and have your own free time.
Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 2 | Easy Angkor Tour by Tuk Tuks & Phare Cambodian Circus
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast is at hotel.
We’re journeying out by Tuk Tuks (or minivan) at 8.30am to witness the marvelous Angkor Wat – the world’s heritage listed by UNESCO in 1992 and the largest unrivaled monument in the world. Built by Suryavarman II in 12th Century, Angkor Wat is considered as one of the top destinations in Asia and is a must-see in your lifetime. Learning from your tour guide the amazing history, its ancestral incredible, architectural masterpieces and the finest carvings dates back to the Khmer Empire when it dominated the largest parts of Southeast Asia.
Continue to the South Gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces that religiously represents compassion, sympathy, equanimity and charity. Stroll around Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces in stone, admired by interesting temples including Baphuon, Phimeanakas, terrace of leper king and terrace of elephant.
Return Siem Reap town and enjoy tasty Khmer family set lunch at a selected local restaurant.
After lunch break, our team take back to hotel and have your lovely free time at hotel’s poolside.
Evening, transfer to have delicious Khmer set dinner at famous Chanrey Tree, a beautiful setting with garden by the riverside before we’re going to watch unique Phare Circus performance (Seat B/A) which is unlike any other circus in the world: theater, story, dance, high-energy music and circus arts.

Day 3 | Wildlife, Beautiful Banteay Srei & Ta Prohm Temple
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch
Breakfast is at hotel.
We start the tour at 7.45am then drive passing ruined Angkorian temples, rice paddies and countryside toward wildlife sanctuary “Angkor Center for Conservation of Biodiversity” whose wildlife expert will give you a great tour to learn about wildlife/birds being protected and how they rescue those rare endangered species. Next, we go to witness the intricately carved, beautiful red-pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei – considered to be a Jewel of Khmer art which features elaborate decorations and its finest details. These factors have made the temple extremely popular with tourists, and have led to its being widely praised as a “precious gem”.
We return and on the way, we stop for a visit at palm sugar village and other various local handicraft souvenirs (skip it if you feel enough for today) and have Khmer set lunch at a nice wooden house restaurant.
After lunch break, resume the journey to visit Ta Prohm temple adorned with the stunning, amazing tree roots where Lara Croft Tomb Raider was filmed.
Our team take back to hotel and have your lovely free time at hotel’s poolside.
Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 4 | Oxcart Ride, Tonle Sap Lake & Cultural Apsara Show
Meal: Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast is at hotel.
We head out of hotel at 8.30am for countryside sightseeing along with a visit at local market to see interesting trades. Next, we grab the opportunity by taking ox cart ride (short ride only) venturing through home gardens overlooking rice fields, interact the local people and come across animals, and stilt houses. Continue heading to Kampong Phluk village of Tonle Sap Lake. We process to take a boat trip along canal toward the centre of Kampong Phluk then the boat slows down to let you enjoy the surrounding admired by amazing houses atop high poles, come across the highlight of fishing activities as well as see people selling fruits/vegetable/meats on their boats, you sometimes see kids in student uniforms coming back from their classes. Witness how life works on the water and how people make the lake as home then we resume take canoe to explore the pleasant mangroves, enjoy the serenity while taking picturesque photos and you may see a few waterbirds. Continue by our main boat to see the great lake of Tonle Sap, learn from your tour guide about ecosystem and its rich biosphere reserve. Return hotel for break and refreshment.
Evening around 6.15pm, we leave to enjoy delicate Khmer set dinner followed by traditional Apsara dance performance at a selected local restaurant.
Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 5 | Private Car/Minivan to Phnom Penh Capital
Meal: Breakfast
Breakfast is at hotel.
Our guide and driver will be picking you up at 8.00am (or 8.30am) at hotel’s lobby then we drive with 6 hours to Phnom Penh Capital. One the way, we will stop at Skun to sample deep-fried crispy insects (crickets, grasshopper or water bugs etc.) and have lunch break at local restaurant (at your own expense).
Once you arrived and checked in at a booked hotel in Phnom Penh, our Siem Reap team will say “goodbye and have a nice trip in Phnom Penh” to you, and the rest of Phnom Penh tour service will be taken care by our Phnom Penh team.
Overnight in Phnom Penh
Day 6 | Phnom Penh Tour by Cyclo & Sunset Cruise
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast is at hotel.
We leave hotel at 8.00am to challenge of cyclo ride (rickshaw) along riverfront for fantastic morning highlight of Phnom Penh Capital toward Independent Monument where we stop to capture some beautiful photos before resuming the ride to stroll around central market to see bustling local trades. Finished the cyclo ride at Royal Palace, we walk to visit The Royal Palace – a complex of buildings which are served as the royal residence for the King of Cambodia, admired by impressive Silver Pagoda with over 5000 solid silver tiles and other Royal Stupas, shrines, monuments etc. Next, stroll for guided tour at the National Museum, the world’s most important collection of Cambodian antique sculptures and carvings.
Enjoy yummy Khmer set lunch at a selected local restaurant.
Afternoon, stroll around Russian market for shopping before heading back to hotel for free leisure at hotel’s poolside.
Note: Wat Phnom is available for you to visit if you feel want to continue. Tuol Sleng tortured Prison is one of main tourism sites in Phnom Penh but it will probably affect your children’s mood because of its saddest history of Pol Pot genocide which it not recommended for children.
Evening, depart to the riverfront of Phnom Penh then get on board with a welcome cocktail while the boat cruise slowly cruises along Mekong river and capture the nice sunset fading. Around 7.15pm, enjoy set dinner on the boat cruise, unwind yourself with colorful Phnom Penh nightlights. Disembark and return hotel.

Day 7 | Mekong Cruise to Silk Island
Meal: Breakfast
Breakfast is at hotel.
We’re heading out at 8.30am to boat pier where we process to embark a local boat then the boat excursion cruises along the Mekong River towards Silk Island (Koh Dach) which provides nice Mekong river view and a pleasant breathtaking on the way. Arrived and we disembark then take a tuk tuk to the silk village to observe traditional silk weaving by hand looms and see various colorful silk products that you probably want to grab a few silk items as souvenirs for friends and families. The fantastic sightseeing tour takes you through the local community overlooking Mekong, passing fruit orchards, vibrant vegetable gardens and stilt houses while learn from your tour guide about daily life of local people on this beautiful island. Continue to visit a small historical Pagoda and local school before catching the boat back to the mainland and return hotel around 11.30am or 12.00pm.

Day 8 | Phnom Penh – Departure

Simply enjoy the rest of free time in Phnom Penh before our team picks you up from hotel’s lobby and transfers to Phnom Penh International Airport for your flight to the next destination.
